How does the AI actually work?
Dray Flow includes a built-in AI assistant that understands trucking commands in plain English. Type something like 'Find me late loads' or 'Assign John to 1042'. Questions it answers right away. For anything that changes a record, it shows you what it is about to do, waits for you to approve it, then does it and the dashboard updates. It works alongside the full TMS interface.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It asks first. Before it creates, changes, or assigns anything, it shows you exactly what it is about to do and waits for you to approve it; nothing is written until you do. It can only do what you could do yourself from the dashboard, with the same permissions, so it never reaches something your role can't. Every change it makes lands in the same audit trail as a change made by hand, and you fix a wrong entry the same way you would fix your own: open the record and change it.
