Assignment happens at the leg, not the load. Bind a different driver, truck, and chassis to each step, so a hand-off from one driver to the next is a planned change you record, not a text you hope someone reads. The right asset rides with the right leg.
Live status across the full leg flow
Every leg moves through the same status flow: pending, planned, dispatched, en route to pickup, at pickup, loaded, en route to delivery, at delivery, and completed. Exception states cover failed, partial, and cancelled. The board reflects where each leg actually is, not where it was an hour ago.
