Drivers work from their phone

Assigned legs, status updates, proof of delivery, and messages from the desk: a driver dispatch app that installs from the browser and is free for every driver.

Free for every driver, however many you run

What the driver sees

A trucking driver app with the whole day on one screen and one button for each step of a leg. Nothing to learn beyond the job.

Quick Actions

  • Their legs, in order

Today's leg on the home screen, the rest under Loads. Each one carries the pickup, the delivery, the equipment, and the instructions from the desk.

  • One button per step

Accept, Start Route, Arrived at Pickup, Loaded / Hooked, En Route to Delivery, Arrived at Delivery, Delivered / Dropped. Each tap updates the Dispatch board the moment it lands.

  • Photos and paperwork

Proof of delivery, bills of lading, scale tickets, and receipts, straight from the camera to dispatch.

  • Messages from dispatch

A thread with the desk inside the app, so a change of plan does not live in a text message.

Works without a signal

Works offline when connectivity is spotty, and syncs when it comes back.

A dock, a rail yard, a terminal gate: the places a driver has to tap a status are the places the phone has one bar. What is on the screen stays on the screen, and anything the driver does is held on the phone and sent as soon as the app is back online. Nothing has to be redone.

Held and sent when the signal returns

  • Status updates
  • Photos and documents
  • Issue reports
  • Messages to dispatch

Every driver is free

Drivers never count as a seat, however many you run. A seat is someone in the office, and your own seat is free too. Add ten drivers or a hundred; the bill does not move.

How a driver gets in

Three steps from the office, no app store and no invitation email to chase.

  1. Add the driver

Fleet, then Drivers. The app signs in with an email address, so put the driver's own on the record.

  2. Create the app account

From Driver App, then Access, or from the driver's Quick Actions, choose Set Up App Access. Dray Flow generates a temporary password; you hand it to the driver yourself. Nothing is emailed.

  3. The driver signs in on their phone

At drayflow.com/driver/login, in Chrome or Safari. One more tap adds it to the home screen, and it opens like any other app from then on.

Want to see it before you add anyone? Every new account starts with sample data, and Try as Driver, in the menu at the top of the dashboard, opens the driver app on that data in a new tab.

Frequently asked questions

Do drivers need to download an app from an app store?

No. The driver app is a web app. A driver signs in at drayflow.com/driver/login in Chrome or Safari and adds it to the home screen (in Chrome, Add to Home screen or Install app; in Safari, Share, then Add to Home Screen). From then on it opens full screen like any installed app. It also works in a normal browser tab without installing anything.

Does the app track a driver's location?

No. Dray Flow does not read the phone's location and has no GPS tracking. Dispatch sees the status a driver sets at each step (arrived, loaded, delivered), the photos and documents they upload, and whether their app is connected right now.

What happens when a driver has no signal?

What is already on the screen stays there. Status updates, photos, documents, issue reports, and messages are held on the phone and sent as soon as the app is back online, without the driver redoing anything. A dock or a terminal with poor coverage does not cost a status.

Does it cost anything per driver?

No. Drivers are free on every plan and never count as a seat, however many you run. You pay only for office users and the AI.

Put it on this week's loads.

Free for one office user, forever. No credit card, no contract. Every week you wait is another week of typing this could have done for you.
