Every brokered load shows the sell rate to your customer, the buy rate to the carrier, and the margin between them. Rate cards auto-fill the offer, and a margin warning fires when a tender drops below the threshold you set.

A desk organized by what needs attention
Brokered loads sort into clear tiles: Needs Assignment, Awaiting Carrier, In Progress, Attention, and Closed. The Attention tile is one prioritized worklist of overdue, rejected, and expired tenders so nothing slips while your own fleet keeps rolling.
Several ways to tender a load
Use Quick Assign for a one-shot carrier and rate when you already know who is taking it, or Request Quote to shop a single carrier at a time and compare. The Broker Load action sends any asset load into brokerage with or without a carrier picked yet, and Broker Selected tenders many loads at once when overflow stacks up.
Log the carrier response
When a carrier replies, Log Response records it as accepted, rejected, or expired with a timestamp. Overdue tenders get a one-click Mark Expired. Every step lands on the status sheet with tender notes, so the history of who was offered what stays intact.
Manage partner carriers and reassign
Keep your partner carriers and their lane rates in one place. If plans change, Change Carrier reassigns the load and snapshots the prior carrier name and rate into the timeline, so a reassignment never erases what came before.
Buy rate and margin on every brokered load
Brokering only pays if you know the spread. The desk shows the sell rate to your customer and the buy rate to the carrier side by side, with the margin calculated for you. Rate cards auto-fill the offer, and a threshold warning flags any tender that thins the margin too far before you send it. Carrier-name and rate history are snapshotted onto the load, so the numbers survive a reassignment.
