Built for the messy part of drayage first

Container work is not one truck, one trip, one trailer. It is a chain of legs, each with its own chassis and its own appointments, and a clock running on the box the whole time. That is the case Dray Flow was designed around.

One container, many legs

An import is rarely one trip: pull from the terminal, deliver, return the empty, often with a yard stop or street turn between. Each is an ordered leg under one load, with its own driver, truck, and chassis.

Chassis follows the box, not the truck

The chassis is its own asset and can swap mid-move. Assignment is per leg here, so a flip, a bare-chassis return, or a bobtail is a status you record, not a workaround you invent.

Last free day does not wait

Miss an LFD and per diem starts ticking. Last free day and export cutoff live on the container, and the board flags the box in warning or overdue colour before it costs you.

The container workflow, modeled correctly

These are not bolt-on fields. The multi-leg model, per-leg chassis, and date gates are the core of how Dray Flow tracks every load.

Per-leg chassis and equipment

Bind a container plus a chassis, or a trailer, to each leg. Street turns, bobtails, and yard moves are first-class leg types, not notes in a comment field, and chassis-out and chassis-in dates drive the per diem clock.

Port and terminal appointments

Pickup and delivery appointment times are separate fields on each leg, the way port operations actually run, so dispatchers sequence around the terminal window instead of against it.

LFD and cutoff awareness

Import last free day and export cutoff live on the container, and a day counter on the LFD turns from a warning window you set to overdue as the date passes.

Peel-off and drop-and-hook pools

Group a high-frequency lane into a pool tied to a customer and terminal, then let drivers claim units in the field. Each claim builds the legs and binds the equipment automatically. Pro.

Dispatch the board, or just ask

Run the full dispatch board for hands-on control, or tell the built-in AI assistant what you need in plain English: which containers are closest to their last free day, who is free to take an empty return, what moved yesterday. The assistant is fully unlocked in your sample-data demo, and going live includes a one-time free 7 day AI trial. After the trial the AI dispatcher is part of Pro, and pool dispatch stays a Pro capability in the demo as well.

Run drayage free. Pro is $149 per seat.

A genuine free-forever plan, no credit card. Dispatch real container moves on it for as long as you want. Move to Pro for pool dispatch or a second dispatcher: on Pro every back-office seat is $149/mo, yours included.

Drayage is the proof, not the limit

If a platform can run multi-leg container moves with chassis flips and port windows, simpler freight is easy on top. Dray Flow is one platform for everything you haul: dry van, reefer, flatbed, tanker, and heavy haul sit right next to your drayage loads, in the same boards and the same AI assistant. Running rail ramps and street turns beyond the port? That side lives on the intermodal trucking software page, and the board under both is the same load dispatch software.
